Enjoy beautiful views over endless green jungles on the way to a village for ice-cold drinks get in touch with Lao culture. your guide can explain many interesting things about Lao culture. Afterward enjoy a short ride on the tarmac, visiting a temple on the way to the ferry. We have lunch in a local restaurant near the ferry landing.
We’ll board one of our boats for a scenic ride upriver to the Tad Sae waterfall where we’ll have lunch and enjoy the beautiful area with time to swim and explore.
We’ll return by boat to our bikes and cycle through beautiful scenery on our return ride by paved road to Luang Prabang city.
Total biking is 46 km (29 mi) on mixed dirt and paved road with some hills.
The “Small Chili” is perfect for medium biking, mixed paved and dirt road along the Mekong, Nam Xuang, and Nam Khan Rivers through jungle and villages.
You'll ride from city center out of town and through diverse countryside seeing villages along the Mekong River, jungle covered mountains, and villages amongst vast rice paddies worked by hill tribe villages.
