This is our longest one-day cycling tour, and it takes you along four rivers on mixed paved and dirt paths out of the city and through countryside to Hmong and Khmu villages – all in one tour.

You’ll ride along the Mekong, Xuang, Pa, and Khan Rivers through beautiful jungle with a crossing by local boat with your bike over the last.

We’ll cover a lot of ground, have lunch in a local village, and climb some good hills before returning to Luang Prabang. This tour has been designed for fit cyclists wanting to ride a long distance to see a lot of countryside.

Enjoy an easy day starting with a boat cruise up the scenic Nam Ou river, passing rural villages.

We visit a traditional weaving village and trek through rice paddies to a historical cave used a shelter during the war do some exploring.

We then continue trekking to Ban Na meet the local inhabitants and their way of life have a chat with them, then cruise back to enjoy the high cliffs and the flora and fauna on both sides enjoy  a spectacular sunset.

Nong Khiaw is renowned for its remote and stunning mountainous landscape.

This is a one-day trekking tour through some of the most stunning mountains in the area.

Start your tour with a majestic boat ride up the Nam Ou River We’ll visit a traditional mixed Khmu, Lao Leum and Hmong village

known for its handicrafts and you’ll have a chance to see an active clay school built by Tiger Trail and volunteers.

End your day with a Tuk Tuk ride back to the small town of Nong Khiaw.

Trekking to Kuang Si waterfalls a full day adventure, trekking through lush forests high in the hills above Luang prabang with breathtaking views.

The best way to see the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall is by trekking a lush forest trail that winds through local villages and offers views of Lao mountain landscapes.

This three-to-four hour trek brings you to the refreshing turquoise pools at the falls where you’ll have time to cool down, swim and enjoy the Kuang Si Waterfall Nature Reserve and Bear Rescue Center.

Visit Wat Pai, with its Buddha Statue untouched by the bombing though the building has remnants of shrapnel,

this was the capital for the Royal seat of Phuan Kingdom in the 14th Century, then followed by the French who established their capital during their oppression!

You will visit the village of the noddle makers where they prepare their daily noodles.

Trekking in the forests of Namkat yourla pa and explore the breathtaking views and take in the flora and fauna around you.

where you will be trekking towards the jungle and hiking towards the view point of Phu Ya kha, roughly 6 to 7 hours

pit stops along the way and enjoy taking pictures of the flora and fauna

once we reach the view point the tents and set up has been set, enjoy camping under the stars with a breathtaking view below.

This two day 'Fair Trek' adventure with great landscapes and interaction with local rural village life. The trek follows the slopes and hills of a huge mountain range along trails used by the locals and passes along Khmu and Hmong villages. Get to meet the local people and even stay overnight in one of the small family home-stays.

You will get an introduction to Lao Loum, Lao Theung, and Lao Sung people and culture. Share life and get to know the real Lao countryside.

As you walk through this area you help the communities through your contributions. The tour also includes a visit to the Tad Sae Waterfalls (seasonal).

This tour takes you through the beautiful mountainous jungle in Nong Khiaw for a focused homestay and cultural experience. The first day of trekking is designed to be short so that guests can spend more time in the multi-ethnic village where they can learn about local loom weaving, fishing, Lao massage, bamboo basket weaving, and the Baci Ceremony.

Highlights are the overnight stay at a multi-ethnic village, trails along great landscape with trekking through bamboo forests. On the second day, an amazing trek and visit to Tadmok waterfall brings you to the Nam Ou River to conclude the tour with a scenic downriver boat ride back to Nong Khiaw.
