Souphattra Hotel is located in the UNESCO World Heritage area with historical charm as the main design style. The architect has preserved an original layout, buildings and decorative details. The buildings were developed on a French-Lao Colonial style, the main architecture, interior and surroundings. The design and decoration can be described as follows: The Main building consisting of the hotel lobby and adjacent all-day dining room were decorated in a museum style with Lao art pieces, historical sculptures and local handy crafts. The dining room has an emphasis based on The Kingdom of “Lan Xang” (The Ancient Land of a Million Elephants under a White Parasol)

Child under 07 years: Complementary accommodation with daily breakfast for maximum 1 child provided if sharing bedding with their parents and no extra bed is required.
Child aged from 07 - 12 years old;
Extra bed is required with additional charge at 50 USD including daily breakfast. And get 50% discount on meal rates specified in Clause 2 ‘MEALS* AND OTHER SERVICE ARRANGEMENT’.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Check-in time is 14h00 (Early check-in is subject to availability)
Check-out time is 12:00 noon(Late check-out time is subject to availability and will be subject to additional charge as follows:
Up to 18h00 is 50% of room rate, beyond 18h00 is 100% of room rate)
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event a guest who has reserved a room checks-out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge the entire stay and no refunds will be given
NO SHOWS
Any room reservation confirmed and guaranteed by the agent and not claimed as per guarantee on the day of arrival will be charged in full with no refunds.
