SILVER NAGA – THE WATER SERPENT
The name, Silver Naga, refers to a water serpent in Lao mythology, believed to inhabit the rivers and land of Laos. Our hotel’s name, “Silver Naga Hotel,” is a reference to this mythical creature, which is often depicted as a powerful protector of the natural world in Lao folklore. In keeping with this theme, the hotel’s design features a winding silver serpent that stretches across the building’s façade, as well as other nods to Lao culture and history throughout its interior.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children sharing parents’ room, up to a maximum of 2 children (under 12 years) per room without extra bedding at
no extra cost. Extra bed required as per contract. Breakfast/Meals for children under 6 years @ 50% discount to be
paid directly to the hotel by parents before departure. Children over 6 years over in room(s) pay full rates.
GROUP ROOMING LIST
A complete rooming list must be received by the Hotel at least 7 days prior to the group’s arrival, and must include
flight details (if applicable), estimated time of arrival and departure.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 14.00 on day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 am on day of departure. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged by notification 24hours prior and dependent on hotel’s occupancy situation.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be confirmed in writing by facsimile, email or by letter. Rooms will be held until noon unless a
later arrival time has been confirmed to the hotel.
CANCELLATION OF GROUP booking ( 6 rooms up ) &, or members - Advice by letter, fax or e-mail –

More than 30 days No charge
Between 29 to 15 days 25% of the accommodation charge
Between 14 to 7 days 50% of the accommodation charge
Less than 7 days 100% of the accommodation, meals and extras.
CANCELLATION OF FIT BOOKING ( 1 room – 5 rooms)
All cancellations must be confirmed by facsimile, email or letter at least 3 days in advance, otherwise 50% for one
night on the total room/s booked shall be payable. Any cancellation within 48hrs of the arrival time 100% room
charge/total booking shall be levied.
NO SHOW ON BOOKING - fully levy of 100% for the total booking is due payable.
