Cancellation / Prepayment
CHILD POLICY
A child under 12 years old can stay in the parents' or guardians' room using the existing bedding or a baby cot (subject to availability) free of charge.
Breakfast will be charged USD 11 for the child if required.
An extra bed is required for any child aged 12 years or older.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY
Check in time is 2:00 PM or earlier, subject to availability. Check out time is at or before 12:00 PM (noon).
Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until: 18:00 - 50% of room charge
Check out after: 18:00 - 100% of room charge
PAYMENT.
Tour Operator agrees to pay to Resort at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for all services rendered by bank transfer.
Tour Operator agrees to pay all bank charges and fee related to this contract.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENT / NO SHOW
For group bookings:
If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, then 50% of the total amount related to the rooms cancelled or modified will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, then 100% of the total amount related to the rooms cancelled or modified will be charged.
For FIT or individual bookings:
If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, then 50% of the total amount related to the rooms cancelled or modified will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, then 100% of the total amount related to the rooms cancelled or modified will be charged.
DEFINITIONS
Group booking: refers to any booking for four rooms or more.
Cancellation: refers to some or all the rooms reserved being cancelled.
Amendment: refers to the number of rooms reserved being reduced, or the date of arrival being modified.
No show: refers to guest not checking in on the arrival date mentioned in the reservation
