Room Rates are excluding tax 7% and Service charge 5% and include daily Breakfast
All rates are quoted in Dollars.

Extra Person Policy:
A.
No extra charge for children under 110 CM, sharing same room with parent maximum 2 children inclusive breakfast.
B.
Extra bed can be added in Deluxe River Cottage, Executive Riverfront Suite, Riverfront private Pool Villa & Riverfront Family Suite
C.
50% charge will be applied for 6pm check out (This is subject to room availability). If Payment in Lao Kip, we will inform you about the rate during booking process

Booking policy.
Booking 1-10 Rooms must be confirmed 30 days in advance. In case of cancellation, previous to this period we won’t charge anything.
If cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to the booking date, we will charge 50%
If cancellation less than 15 days prior to the booking date, we will charge 100%
