Cancellation / Prepayment
Pre payment policy:
50% - 30 days before arrival
cancellation will be 15 days prior to arrival full 50% refund
7 days before arrival remaining 50% ( if no payment Golaos will add a surcharge of 5% per day unless paid)
Go Laos has the right to cancel the booking unless a payment is made.
check in check out times:
2pm Check in / unless a request for an early check in is made
check out 12 noon
late check out up until 18:00 hrs. is charged at 50%
over 18:00 hrs. will be 100% as a full day
Group bookings:
are from 10 rooms and above -
cancellations 14 to 31 days = full charge
payment for groups: full payment 30 days before arrival

1st October until 20th April
Green season:
21st April until 30th September
