• Please note locals carry your bags from boat to transfer, 1 bag each way is 1 US$ (8000 kip), please have small money available, this is what the locals rely on. Please support them

PREPARATION:

• Bring only the gear and clothing necessary for the tour. 
• You’ll want clothes suitable for all activities and appropriate for the predicted weather.

SEASONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

This tour is available year-round with the usual changes in river levels, vegetation, and agriculture normal in Laos.

Please understand we will not accept verbal, physical or mental abuse of Lao staff or local people

Please feel free to tip luggage carriers staff, and guides as this is not included in your rates

TRAVEL DATES & PRICING:

For pricing please ask for a quote, we need to know the following:-

• How many adults
• How many children (please tell us the age of each child)
• Your arrival/ departure dates if available
• Your arrival/ departure destinations
• Do you require accommodation (if yes which type so you prefer)
• Do you require accommodation on dates which are not tour specified
• How many double/twin beds

CHARTER EXTRA FEES:

• The charter cruise prices include the private boat cruise and the staff services from embarkation to arrival of boat pier only
• Entrance fees, baggage handling and transfers are not included
• Entrance fees/baggage handling and transfer from Thai immigration boat pier: 10USD per person
• Entrance fees/baggage handling and transfer from Houay Xay boat pier: 5USD per person
• In case of waiting day in Pakbeng: 100 USD per day
